1. Permeability

3. Protection ability

Due to the different ways of patching the lamp beads, their anti-collision capabilities are also different. For example, in the case of bumps and external forces hitting the screen body, the positive light-emitting LED transparent screen is a plane force. The side-emitting LED transparent screen is the linear force of the light bar. Therefore, the anti-collision ability and positive light emission are more advantageous, but the surface of the screen can be equipped with a transparent PC panel, and the protection ability is worrying.


4. Display effect

Positive light-emitting transparent screens have higher scanning lines, mostly 8 scans and above. The number of scanning lines of the side-emitting LED transparent screen can be set lower. The number of scanning lines is low, the screen body can work at a lower current, and the refresh rate and gray level are also higher, and the display effect will be better. So from the aspect of display effect, side lighting will be better.


Side-emitting transparent screen because the PCB is in the form of a light bar and placed on the side, the PCB can be made very wide without affecting the transparency. When the PCB is wider, it can pass a larger current for higher brightness, so it can better meet the glass curtain wall. field. However, the PCB placed on the side has a "blind effect". When the front view is changed to the upper and lower view, the hollow rate will be greatly reduced. Another obvious disadvantage is the light leakage behind the lamp beads, which will cause light pollution to the indoor environment during display.
